Organising Meetings & Attendees In Obsidian

Dear Scholar,

The Note-Taking Mastermind just finished (what a ride!), and one topic most participants were interested in was organising meetings in Obsidian. In this week's article, I want to give you a tutorial on how to use Obsidian's powerful bases feature to organise your meeting notes, find all meetings for a specific project or all meetings attended by specific people. It's simple, flexible, and you can download a template from the article.

If you have never heard of Obsidian Bases, think of it as a dynamic Excel table embedded in Obsidian, which can display lists of your notes, filter, sort, and group them.

First, you will need to choose between the "full calendar" and "calendar" plugins, depending on whether you want multiple notes per day or just one. Then we add a few properties like attendees or projects to our meeting notes, and lastly we create an Obsidian base to find all notes for specific participants or projects.

What did you think of this week's content?

(Btw: If you found the content not so relevant, just email me back and let me know what interests you!)

Wishing you a wonderful weekend,
